Think Twice – Act Once

22 Jul

I stole this from the carpenters; “measure twice, cut once”. The more I worked on a project; there is always something that comes at the beginning of my understanding and appreciation of the subject better and better. This section is part of these improvements.

Before and after

If you plan to take two times I act as soon as philosophy, literally and just limit your self to think about it once before and once after the act. The reason I said that I literally did not want to be one who can limit your thought process from nothing to just two. Check the proposal you have two like that, a proposal, a starting point, not the end of everything. The point I was still driving the improvements in productivity and production are not carried by the very act of the mission while it is in the actions you out before and after you prepare for next series produced. Increased production is a puzzle game person.

Let us on the side of this equation. Do not confuse time management activities you do to the body and the WHAT, WHEN, a task that nothing more directly what we do. I must say directly, it is important that the role of time management in improving their production to understand. For this discussion, time management is not our concern. During the phase of time management when you’re done with creating the “what and when you do not change hats to the person, time management is the individual production. This switch is important because you know how to analyze the problem.

The time you invest here has a positive and significant impact on your results. The small segment of time has probably the greatest impact on optimizing your results, and then any delay is related to your tasks. I wish I could go from zero to more people in that time, gold in the library of those who use their full potential. Why the delay was stronger than any other place? Simply, here’s why.

One Reason

Your time here will be more focused and you will be able to provide clearer indications of actual work done thinking. You do not have the thinking and strategies before the rubber meets the road and have a separation of action. This separation and distance, you can use this special offer, a new project or examination to repeat the old project reviewed. In any case, you have a perspective you would not at any other time in the process have. When the last time was spent dissecting uninterrupted time with the analysis and review work that you have had or have done for you, tied with an eye to improving the production capacity for the project. This is not correct time? (Remember that I am) Canadians. I think we can all see the value of this time.

Are two main

Whenever you pass a unit of time, which are used at least twice, you reduce costs by 50% and hopefully always will be the output of 100%. Half of that statement is absolutely correct; the other half is open for debate. The party is 100% correct, the fact that they use in the post, a unit of time, and yet is still extremely effective. I raised this point in the previous chapters and will continue to bring to this point: you want that many situations where this can be found to maximize the benefit to be found. Create not only that you find this, do it as often as you can.

Come now, after the side of the equation. It’s the end of a frustrating day long that something went wrong, more wrong than right. You just want to go and have some cool and forget the nightmare and watch the ball game on TV. Unfortunately, now is the best time to check what went wrong and how to ensure that similar mistakes are not made to look next time. Most events are free, the better the chances are you will deal with one of the causes and effects. Depending on the scale seen what can be achieved, or should I not be found, post-mortem report on the importance of the task. Sometimes, only a psychological examination in your head on the way home is enough, other times, you now have a full contact session with him and the “forces which are” to find out what went wrong and corrective measures for next time.
